Umami DAO is contracted with Umami Labs LLC to provide services that include oversight of its Gnosis safes. The individual multisig holders are agents of Umami Labs. They are contractually required to exercise their multisig roles under the direction of Umami DAO as expressed through the DAO's Snapshot votes. They have no personal governance over Umami DAO.
